Over the years I have had many ideas regarding food and my philosophy of eating and cooking has changed immensely.
What I eat today is not what I used to eat years ago. I will admit that sometimes I miss some of the junk that I used to consume, however now I know better. 

   *  I only serve what I would like to be served.
   *  You are what you eat.

These two beliefs more  than any other, have been the main driving force in forming my current culinary practices.
In this page I will write about my thoughts and how I came to the understandings that have changed my diet.
